Current Progress:
The bulk of the exterior work has been completed. Currently, on Saturdays we are having work days for all interested in helping with the completion of the facility's interior! Much of the interior work has been completed, and the electrical work has been completed. Contact Ernie Nicely for details on this effort.

Phase 1
The above plans represent phase 1 of our current vision for the expansion of the Lone
Star Advent Christian Church. Our hope is that this potential expansion
will aide us in better ministering to the different needs of the
Clifton Forge community. This phase includes a 60'x100' structure,
which will be located to the left of the current church building, if
you are looking on from Nicelytown Rd.
This multi-purpose structure is to be a recreation/ fellowship facility in nature, but is envisioned to be used for ministry and outreach of many different kinds. It will include a large multi-purpose area that could be used for anything from athletic space to space for church dinners and functions (really the possibilities are endless).
With the 36'x14' stage (which includes a baptistry), it could also be used as auditorium space, or as a temporary worship space if we are ever to outgrow our current sanctuary.
This facility will also include a kitchen and two bathrooms. The bathrooms will include not only toilets & sinks, but shower facilities as well, allowing this building to be used as a potential emergency shelter.
The building will also contain a large ammount of storage space, which will aide us with our current restraints in that area.
Lone Star Family Life Center Construction Costs:
1. Footer, Foundation and Floor - $27,000
2. Steel Building Plus Installation - $75,842
3. Electrical - $27,160
4. Air Conditioning and Heating - $24,000
5. Taraflex Flooring - $36,000
6. Basketball Goals and Installation - $12,843
7. Cinder Block & Installation - $40,000
8. Septic System - $15,000
9. Building Total With Mechanics - $257,845
* Attaching a random sum of $20,000 to finished inside (Includes: Kitchen, stage, paint, fixtures, carpeting, baptistry, etc.) brings grand total to: $277,845. With that in mind, the official board is estimating a cost of $300,000.
